Nancy Ignatin, Yoga
Nancy has been practicing Yoga daily since 1999 and has been a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance, an International certification Organization for Yoga teachers since 2004.
Her classes include postures, breath work, visualization, and relaxation.
She emphasizes safety, proper alignment and comfort, in a relaxing congenial atmosphere. Her style makes Yoga approachable for everyone, including new and experienced students, kids, seniors and those with special needs.
She uses a calming, soothing approach as opposed to an athletic one. she has the ability to relax the entire class with her voice.
Self-compassion, self-awareness, and the mind-body connection are stressed; the student's experience is seen as primary.
